2003 Syrah Scarlet Late Harvest
2003 Syrah Scarlet Late Harvest
Alexander Valley

Deep garnet color, dried Plums & Figs on the nose followed by; Leather/Smoke and cassis with a nice bit of soft acidity in the mid palate. Smooth long firm tannins. Complex sultry and sweet finish... Lingers like the memory of a first kiss. This very very complex syrah is a wine to savored with a friend...or a cigar...or chocolate. Truly one of life's little Luxuries -- need I say more.
