2007 Syrah De Luxe

The 2007 De Luxe Syrah is an absolute vision, as you bring the glass to your nose you get a load of fruit just like the day we crushed it... berries, cherries and fairies, leather & smoke. Very lush mid palate, solid acidity and a very nice tannin structure. This wine already exhibits perfect balance and will age extremely well (10 to 15 years). After just three weeks in the bottle we won a Gold Medal at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair.
Manzanita Creek Syrah is made from the finest grapes on earth and it shows. We age our wines in carefully selected oak barrels for 18-24 months. Our dedication to fermentation is unparalleled, Our insistence on excellence is obvious.
Concentrated fruit flavors,
this Syrah has subtle mint and
spice nuances with wonderful
toasted oak and Vanillin notes.
